Leading the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and overseeing demand forecasting, supply planning, procurement to ensure resource requirements are satisfied and executives are well informed about the needs and deliverables. Responsible for the generation of purchase orders, follow ups, payments and management of commitments, reporting on non-performance of service providers, purchase of goods, materials, and services for the NDA as well as ensuring compliance with the Treasury policies and regulations.Responsibilities Includes:·         Deploying the warehouse & storage layout plans through successful FIFO implementation and ensuring that the warehouse is clean & tidy and all the ready fleets are organized shifted to the ready line to cope with the requirements.·         Keeping eye on inventory control activities including Cycle Counting, Physical Inventory, Material Returns Warehouse and Refurbish. Optimized labor and equipment resources; ensure audits of work for productivity and quality for effective resource management.·         Monitoring released PO’s, following up and coordinating on-air/sea shipments/deliveries with suppliers, shipping agencies, courier companies, logistics, workshop, stores, operations and sales team ensuring proper documentation till completion of smooth/timely deliveries.·         Leads weekly meetings with Site & OP Team to highlight major issues and take corrective action mutually.·         Maintain monthly KPI’s to measure department and individuals.·         Liaise with Accounts Dept. for the status of supplier’s Payments / Outstanding’s of Suppliers and updating to both suppliers and operation teams accordingly.·         Offered alternative solutions to issues that may affect productivity and customer service or compromise QHSE.·         Gave instructions for inspection of Fleets with expired registration.

I’ve lead the team independently while supplying the equipment/material to all above mentioned projects across Middle East.
Responsible for identifying and selecting Suppliers , negotiating terms and conditions driving improved supplier delivery and service levels, along with the minimization of risk while improving business results by using the best business practices.  Purchase items in a timely manner against Technical/ Project requisitions ordered by end-user departments. Coordinates administrative, technical, and professional work related to ensuring that all requirements are supplied with the materials, equipment, and services required to function optimally, including ensuring compliance with the appropriate guidelines, policies, and approved internal controls.

ü  Continuously sourcing respective suppliers in the local/International markets place to meet demanding requirements for both internal and external customers and for cost-effective purchases.
